Shipping Guide



Like many other companies, we are experiencing some delays in shipping orders, but we are working diligently to ship as quickly as we can, while keeping our employees safe. Thank you for your patience at this time.


FREE SHIPPING

 provides no charge shipping to most areas of Canada and the US. Some areas of Canada and the US do not qualify for our no charge shipping service, You will be notified upon order placement if you do not qualify.

 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are processed in 1-2 business days and will arrive within 3-5 business days of being shipped. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped, or you can Log In to your account to check the status of your order.

Express shipping can be purchased for $50. Express orders will arrive within 1-2 business days of being shipped.

International orders have a slightly longer turnaround time with 1-2 business days processing time and 5-7 business days shipping time. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

On overseas orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes and other local importation charges. International orders have a slightly longer turnaround time with 1-2 business days processing time and 5-7 business days shipping time. 

We cannot be responsible for any costs in returning product from outside North America. Please note we will accept returns but the shipping and other charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders do not qualify for free returns and exchanges. Duties, taxes and shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the customer. If your package is sent to us 'collect', it will be refused and returned to you.

 

RETAIL PARTNERS

If you purchased your item from a second party or retail outlet, please contact them directly to determine what return options they provide. If you need to initiate a warranty claim due to a manufacturing defect, please email warranty@manitobah.ca with photos of the affected area and proof of purchase.
